There are a few specific notification requirements when an employee working in Colorado terminates employment. It looks to me as though the information required in the letter is specific to Colorado and not to a Company.

I am wondering if anyone may have a sample Colorado term letter that they are willing to share. I am not familiar with Colorado and would appreciate a little head start!
