Requirements

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor (full or part-time) to join our Northern Cincinnati and Dayton team to support our Dayton clients.  

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of HR Experience in a HR Business Partner role, functioning as a trusted advisor and HR leader to their business partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field 
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
