The Ohio Library Council is having a Management and Leadership Conference on May 20, 2022 at the Great Wolf Lodge. One of the topics our HR division was thinking would be helpful is something geared toward the managers on how to handle accommodation requests not only from a legal aspect but from a cultural aspect. Particularly with COVID protocols (possibly) winding down some staff are not quite there yet. These requests will continue. Any ideas?
