Position:         Director of Human Resources, Fairfield Administration Building
                        4641 Bach Lane, Fairfield, OH  45014

Qualifications: 
This person will lead the Human Resources Department in the District Office for a school district with approximately 1,050 employees.  Will be responsible for posting, recruitment, application, selection and on-boarding processes as well as a host of other employee related tasks.  Will work with both professional and support personnel.  Must work to keep the district compliant with all local, state, and federal guidelines and requirements.  Must possess at least a Master’s degree.  A degree in human resources or similar field is preferred.  Three to five years of experience in an educational setting and a valid Ohio superintendent or administrative specialist license is also preferred.  Works 218 days.  Must possess demonstrated leadership ability and strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. 

Employment Contract:  218 Days
Compensation:    Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience
