What are some of your favorite questions you've fielded from interviewees?

I'm doing this to crowdsource and see what others in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting are experiencing.

    How do you make a tunafish sandwich?  (shows details (step by step) , initiative if they don't know how what steps would they take, spontaneous reaction to a weird request)

    My favorite question is "Why did you join the Company and why do you stay?" I have stolen this one and used it myself when considering a new position!
