Seeking Executive Coaching for a CEO

Good afternoon everyone!

I'm the Head of HR for a local physician group and our CEO is looking for an executive coach.  He has begun the coaching process but unfortunately, his previous coach recently passed away.  He and our Board of Directors have mutually agreed to pursue a coach to help him get to that next level of leadership.

I'm looking for some recommendations for some local, Cincinnati-based coaches.  Any help would be greatly appreciated !!

Thanks everyone and staff safe! - Tyler

  • Hello Tyler - I highly recommend the Executive Coaching service provided by Promark in Cincinnati (a company in business for 52 years!)  I work there as a career coach for people in job transition but know the Executive Coaches.  They are top-notch!  Contact information for the company is either (513)768-6500 X 308 for Jim Byrne, Business Manager, or through the website  Have a great day!

  • I second the recommendation for Promark.  There are several good executive coaches there.

Tyler, hope all is well. I would be happy to discuss what the objectives for the process are to see if there is a fit. 15-20 minutes of asking a few questions to gain some insight is all that is needed. I am in Cincinnati.

Hey Tyler - In Cincy, I engaged Krissi Barr to coach c-suite execs when I led coaching at Humana.  I also know Elaine Suess to be a great coach with professsional-pracitice owners and execs.  Happy to talk off-line if you like.

  • Let me give a huge thank you to everyone who replied to this posting!   We've got a great list potential coaches to help and that's thanks to this amazing HR network.  Thankful to be a member of this group!

If your organization hasn't yet settled on a coach match, I would be available for an introductory call/meeting. It looks like you've been in the process for a couple of months. Please let me know if I can help. Thank you.     -Jay Schindler
