As the HR Generalist with RetireMED iQ, you will provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory services to support staff at all business locations. You will make certain that HR policies and benefits plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions are followed. You will provide administrative support to the human resource function, including talent acquisition, record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. You will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping the organization plan and administer important functions related to human resources management and governance.
To be successful, you will be a strong, hands-on leader in the development and execution of the HR strategy, objectives, and systems, including culture, organizational design, change management, metrics and analytics, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements. You will also have well-rounded knowledge of all HR functions in order to develop and oversee programs and policies to include performance and talent management, compensation and benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, employee engagement and recognition, training and development, leaves of absence, and disputes and investigations.
Specific qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or other related field
- Knowledge of Human Resources, state, federal laws, and regulations
- 3 – 5 years human resources experience
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS/ATS’s.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Kronos, Paycor, Paycom, ADP or similar systems a plus
- Exemplary level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong problem solving, reporting, and analytical skills; detail-oriented and resourceful mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Demonstrated ability building team morale and promoting company culture.
