Our company is making some changes with the phone system and it was recommended by the vendor we are working with that we have a dedicated 911 line out of our building. Wondering if anyone has experience with this or if I can get pointed to any rules, laws regulations impacting business requirements when it comes to 911.  I have been searching and have not come across anything yet.
