I have a client in need of a Human Resources Professional to directly manage and execute the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function for the business.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and 5-7 years of proven experience in a HR Generalist or Manager role. Demonstrated experience in Relationship Management, Human Resources Administration, and conflict resolution. Proven ability to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws.
