I am in the process of putting together a HR/Compliance training program for our employees. They have not done any form of this other than handbook/policy review and sign off. I want to do something more interactive with smaller groups. I have looked on multiple sites and I am not liking the "watch a video" content then take a quiz, its easy but not something I feel our employees would learn well from.

Do any of you have feedback on where I could find materials to purchase and then present myself, something that is versatile so I can make it fit for our culture and people? I am new to the training side of HR so any insight would be helpful.
