Matt Wagner, Partner, Frost Brown Todd; Immigration Law Attorney
The ever-changing face of the immigration regulations, and their enforcement, affects us all – not just those employers with workers on visa. What the heck is going on?
Matt Wagner, from Frost Brown Todd, will provide an overview of some basic, but still troublesome, immigration law concepts including non-immigrant employment visas and worksite enforcement, as well as a review of the new I-9 form. Matt also will gaze into his crystal ball and discuss how the new administration and Congress may change the landscape in the months and years ahead.
Matt will be joined by Jeff Shoskin, also of Frost Brown Todd and our regular monthly First Thursdays seminar leader, to provide insights from his perspective as well. Darlene Mack will moderate and join in with examples from the HR perspective.
