Inclusive Handbook Language

I was wondering if your company or companies you have worked for have language in their handbook or policies around the following and if so, would you be willing to share either the language or the spirit of the language/policy?

  1. Floating holidays – their purpose, intent and the reason(s) they are used
  2. Anonymous reporting for harassment and discrimination– the language or spirit of the language to have an option to report anonymously and how anonymous reporting is handled
