Paid Leave for FMLA
(This question came to me anonymously from an HR practitioner. - Steve)
I'm curious if you or any HR professionals have heard of companies that do salary continuation during FMLA. I have a company who pays the full salary for exempt employees for the full 12 weeks of leave if they need it.
While that's very generous, I was a little perplexed and curious if this has occurred anywhere else. Do you have any thoughts on this?
