Hi,

My name is Yash Patel and I am a recent graduate of Masters in HR from UC. I have a Bachelors degree in Finance from UC as well. I am currently in the process of job searching and wanted to add a post on here to see if anyone has or know of any Human Resources opportunities available.

I have 3 semesters of HR intership experinece in on-boarding and general HR.

In addition, I have completed a compensation benchmarking project for 70+ non-exempt jobs at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.

I have a strong passion for HR and business and my past experinece as an HR intern and HR compensation capstone student has prepared me to hit the ground running.

I am currently looking for an opportunity in any area of HR
