The HR Academy is presenting a series of workshops for Supervisors and Management from an HR prospective. 

Topics include:

"How to recognize and prevent harassment, bullying and workplace violence"

"Mastering the Art of Coaching and Mentoring"

"The Impact of a Positive Performance Review and how to approach these Conversations"

"The Secrets of Critical Conversations that lead to Successful Corrective Actions"

"Understanding the Risks and Liabilities of Supervising and Managing Employees"

Courses are held from 8:30 - 10:30 at either the Greater Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, Hamilton, Ohio or SAXON Financial in West Chester, Ohio starting July 10, 2019.

Cost is $89 per course, $379 for the complete series.  Cost includes all forms, checklists and associated documents.
