Would anyone be willing to share their travel policy with me for comparison? I have field service engineers who travel 60% of their time.

We had no travel policy and our travel expenses were getting out of hand. I would like to see what other companies offer for meals, hotels and airfare. We are implementing a new travel policy on April 1st but I would like to compare it to some others to make sure we aren't going too far in the other direction.
