Learning & Development budgets for HR departments
I’ve started researching budgets HR departments have for learning and development. What I’m seeing so far is:
1. It’s much different than what other departments have
2. A lot of HR and recruitment folks have no budget
I need a bigger sample to make any claims, so I invite you to participate in our research. I’m hoping to get at least 1000 participants from the US and I’ll update this thread on how we’re doing.
I’ll share the report with the community so you can use to benchmark against your company’s practice and hopefully as a data point to get a bigger budget.
