Political Conversations At Work
(This came to me anonymously from an HR Manager - Steve)
We have had people throughout the company start to be more and more vocal about their political stances at work. I'm sure this is because of the impending election season. This is happening at all levels of our firm and at many of our locations.
There are some conversations that are discussions while others are divisive opinions. We 'd like to give our supervisors guidance on how to walk their way through these situations, but I'm not sure how to give them the tools to do this well.
How have others addressed these?
Any input and advice would be appreciated.
