We're trying to improve and invigorate our onboarding process for our new employees. I'd love to hear ideas from others who are doing their best to make onboarding and a person's first few weeks meaningful.

We have team members who are a mix of hybrid, remote and in-person. This makes it a bit challenging to give someone that "WOW!" experience. Any ideas you could share would really help.
