Looking to Add Two HR roles - An HR Generalist and an HR Business Partner - at Element in Cincinnati, Ohio

Come join our Colleague Experience Team at Element!

We're looking for an HR Generalist with up to 2 years of experience for this role.  We're also looking for an HR Business Partner who must have experience in leading ER Investigations. Being multilingual for these roles is a plus.

    Hi Ernie,                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       I applied today for the Colleague Experience Partner role at Element and bring 17+ years of HR experience leading complex leave administration, employee relations investigations, multi-state compliance, and HR process improvements across manufacturing and high-growth environments. My background in FMLA/ADA programs, policy development, HR systems (Workday/Kronos), and stakeholder partnership aligns directly with the responsibilities outlined for this role.
