Training for Change

I have a Research question in advance of my SHRM session in Chicago:

I'm interested in learning the specific struggles of HR practitioners in helping to lead through uncertainty and change. I've thought of a few question prompts to spark ideas:

  1. Is there an awareness of the impact of ambiguity on decision-making in your organization (personally or at a leadership level)?
  2. What strategies are you recommending to employees or using personally to impact your reaction and stress during times of change? Are they working?
  3. Are you aware of the impact of creativity on tolerance of ambiguity? If no, is that a new point of view, or something that would interest you as a new strategy to manage ambiguity and change?

I appreciate you sharing your experience and insight. Thank you !!!
