Training for Change
I have a Research question in advance of my SHRM session in Chicago:
I'm interested in learning the specific struggles of HR practitioners in helping to lead through uncertainty and change. I've thought of a few question prompts to spark ideas:
- Is there an awareness of the impact of ambiguity on decision-making in your organization (personally or at a leadership level)?
- What strategies are you recommending to employees or using personally to impact your reaction and stress during times of change? Are they working?
- Are you aware of the impact of creativity on tolerance of ambiguity? If no, is that a new point of view, or something that would interest you as a new strategy to manage ambiguity and change?
I appreciate you sharing your experience and insight. Thank you !!!
