Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season.

With our new CEO in place, our performance review timeline has shifted, and all reviews are now due by the end of June. I’m committed to creating a comprehensive and impactful review process for all staff levels—from clinicians and executives to front-line employees.

 As I look to enhance our approach, I would love your advice:

  • What has worked well for you when reviewing different roles within your organization?
  • Are there specific strategies or frameworks you’ve found particularly effective?
  • Any tips on aligning evaluations with organizational goals while fostering individual growth?
