Hello group, I’m looking for best practices for Paycom when it comes to setting up locations. I don’t think my rep understands. I’m at a company where we have one physical location and everyone else is remote in different states and originally the system was set up with a location built for each person who’s remote. I want to convert to checking a box for remote people that their address is work from home. I don’t think I should have to set up a location for each person. My rep thought I should make the work location Cincinnati for these remote people, but that blew my mind because I thought that would wreck my reporting and taxes.  How do you handle?
