HR Analytics Survey for an HR student doing research for his Doctorate

(This came to me from Robert Olinger - the doctoral candidate !! - Steve)

How do you feel about HR analytics?

You are invited to participate in a voluntary survey to explore HR professionals’ attitudes toward and adoption of HR analytics.

This invitation is on behalf of Robert G. Olinger, a doctoral candidate at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Robert is conducting his doctoral dissertation research study focused on HR analytics and the factors that affect an HR professional’s attitude toward and adoption of HR analytics.

The survey is voluntary and takes approximately 17 minutes to complete. The survey asks you to identify your age, gender, level of education, years of HR experience, and professional credentials. The survey also asks you to rate yourself and your organization on various statements related to attitude toward and adoption of HR analytics.

If you are willing to participate, click the survey link to read the full consent form, then select whether you consent to continue responding to the survey.

Thank you to everyone who has completed the survey so far. If you haven't had a chance, please try to complete it this week. Thank you!

Done. You should, in my view, put more focus on the behavioural side and less on the tech side of the survey i.e. "how" makes a huge difference when teaching "what". Also HR analytics can mean many things - I've included AI and not HR bespoke systems like Workday etc.
