Compensation Analysis companies
Needing recommendations for companies who assist employers with a full wage analysis of hourly positions. Wanting them to recommend pay rates based on the job requirements/position of the job, compare our wages to other local employers in the area and suggest a future wage structure. Ideally companies located in Ohio or Fort Wayne, Indiana area.
