Recommended Training (D&I Focus)
Our HR department is looking into various training opportunities to ensure we are taking the appropriate steps and supporting our employees in the best way going into 2021. Part of this is evaluating where we can learn more and be stronger/more prepared for conversations that come our way related to D&I.
We will be launching an Unconscious Bias training and we currently have Diversity and Inclusion mini-learning modules (focused on learning about what diversity and inclusion mean, terms, how to be an ally, etc). However, I feel our HR team has an opportunity to refresh our training as it relates to how to respond to complaints or concerns related to diversity challenges.
Do any of you have recommendations for training you or your team have gone through? Any suggestions are appreciated!
