Great blog. Hopefully things are settling a little. Enough that there can finally be some focus on strategic planning, specifically in regards to who the next leaders of the company are. Planning now provides the momentum so the organization is not flat-footed when this current situation ends. Waiting to start until then, means starting from a stopped position.
