ATS Recommendations for 2021
Hello all! It has been a while since someone asked.. I'm looking at switching applicant tracking systems in 2021. We are a smaller company under 100 and I am the only recruiter. Looking for an ats where I can store candidate information long term and boolean search/source from the system, parse resumes and search their content, and *hopefully* import a large sql backup from my current system vs. starting all over. What systems are working for you?

I'm late to the party, but we switched to iCIMS in 2018 and are extremely happy with it. We also use their TextRecruit technology and that was a game changer for us. We are a Credit Union with 350 employees.

Lauren, we have a system with large company function but at a price for smaller businesses. We are certified sales and implementation specialists in the U.S. for Zoho Recruit and Zoho People. They can be used separately or can be integrated. The price and functionality will amaze you. (You may be familiar with Zoho CRM which is a popular system that has been around for many years). I also highly recommend ICIMS it is an amazing platform that has so much capabilities especially if you do affirmative action planning. Their customer service is top-notch hands down. It is a very intuitive and friendly system not only for the recruiter but also the end users (applicants).
