Individual Development Plans (IDPs)

Does anyone do Individual Development Plans with their employees? I am looking to scale ours and would like to hear how others are structuring them.

    I am the Executive Director of Sams Fischer Professional Edge, LLC.  We assist companies by providing individualized focused development programs for team members.  We work collaboratively with team members and their direct supervisor to determine areas of focus and build a specific program.  If  this is something you would like to discuss, please let me know.
