My company is currently running a Work from Home pilot where we work a hybrid schedule - 2 days WFH, 3 days in the office. We are doing an analysis of companies globally and what their policies are. We will use this info to decide if we are keeping the hybrid model permanently.

If your company is based in NYC, can you please let me know what your current policy is for working from home? If you could share the name of your company, that would be helpful.
