As a part-time, execution focused Talent Specialist, you will be a critical asset to the SVP of Talent and Leadership Engagement in strengthening team performance and assisting with strategic programs which drive the growth and performance of our network. The ideal candidate is innovative, collaborative, and has a demonstrated track record of contributing to the success of a Talent Team through exceptional HR Generalist and Operations support.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

· Participate in weekly Talent Management meetings ensuring effective and timely follow through on team objectives.

· Collaborate with members of the Talent Team to instill a culture of continual improvement, innovation and high performance.

· Provide Human Resources Generalist program support for both Supporting Strategies Partners and our Boston Office.

· Team up with our Knowledge Engagement team to help deliver impactful content which encourages education, collaboration, and celebration across our network.

· Launch Exit Interview Surveys and evaluate turnover data to inform employee retention strategies.

· Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs and activities.

· Execute the Annual Performance Evaluation and Salary Planning Process for Supporting Strategies Partners.

· Provide superior client relations with our offices and teammates.

· Act as a liaison with external legal counsel on employment related issues.

· Facilitate new Franchisee background checks and Talent Orientations.

· Assist in Talent Team goal planning and manage department budget accordingly.

· Develop ad hoc reporting which facilitates tactical decision making.

· Perform other duties and additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have the following experience and attributes:

· A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

· 5 years combined HR Generalist and Operations experience.

· Demonstrated experience working in a trusted advisor capacity supporting a Human Resources Executive.

· Recognized for building relationships based on commitment, integrity, and trust.

· A passion for HR and desire to contribute to a highly connected team.

· Outstanding attention to detail and ability to follow a precise Talent Operations process consistently.

· High level of computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel, Powerpoint) applicant tracking systems, cloud-based storage solutions and remote conferencing platforms.

· Current knowledge of state and federal employment/labor laws and practices.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

· Demonstrated history of working with minimal supervision taking independent initiative.

· The ability to view our organization through your “HR lenses” and identify what we are doing well and what we should be doing better. While people have always been our first priority, we want you and your experience to help us get to the next level!
