New contract remote HR Coordinator opportunity! Exciting time to assist experiential marketing company as they go through huge hiring ramp up! Must be a whiz at Excel and comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the HR office and field associates.
Responsibilities:
- Help track status of jobs as they go through large hiring and onboarding phase.
- Assist Director of Talent Acquisition of all phases of recruiting and onboarding.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance, including employment eligibility (I-9), timekeeping, and required legal training
- Enter new hire information into database
- Process changes to associate records
- Create and distribute reports to appropriate managers
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of administrative support (in HR office preferred).
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Passion for HR and personal growth
