• Serving as a point of contact for vendors and PEOs
• Assisting with annual open enrollment
• Scheduling team development sessions and workshops
• Facilitating onboarding
• Liaising with external providers
• Auditing website for portfolio jobs
• Detailing HR processes
• Booking Anti-Harassment training
• HRIS Record-keeping
• Off-boarding management
• Background checks
• Organizing materials for portfolio company support
• Recruiting administration

Education, Experience, And Skills Requirements

• 3+ years in an HR role
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and comfort with critical and confidential information
• Ability to work in a fluid, results-oriented startup environment with a high degree of autonomy, self-motivation, and discipline
• Comfort with working in a highly collaborative, distributed team
