  • Andrew, Congrats! What an accomplishment.  I recently earned my SHRM-SCP as well and was a bit anxious about staying on top of my continuing education as well. I'm finding that I have more credits than I need to "stay on track" for recertification by watching webinars that pique my interest and I started a reading list of the books that qualify for certification credits. I just doing a little reading as I have the time.  It can be a "fun" journey and doesn't need to feel like work if you find topics that are relevant or of interest. Take a deep breath and enjoy your accomplishment, earning the re-cert credits isn't difficult.

  • Hi Andrew, Congratulations on earning your certification!  HRCI (the governing body for the PHR/SPHR) offers a lot of free seminars on line each month.  A lot of the companies that advertise thru SHRM also offer free monthly seminars (i.e., Lattice, etc.).  Once you sign up for one of them they will send you emails when they offer others.  I wish you all the best!
