Part-time employer contribution cost

I am doing some benchmarking on employee contribution costs for health insurance for part-time employees. If you offer any benefits to staff that work over 20 hours/week or have any research statistics that you could pass along, it would be much appreciated! Thank you!

In 2022, we began offering PTO accruals to staff regularly scheduled 20-31 hours per week. It is earned at half of what our full-time staff earn.
