My name is Mel Mosier, and I am the Program Director for our Permian Basin SHRM chapter in Midland, Texas.

We're expanding, and I'd love to network and find more speakers to bring a variety of direct conversations to the SHRM members here. As a result of the pandemic in the last two years and the challenges that have arisen as a result of it, our theme for this year is Organizational Health.

I'm sure I could use all of the resources at my disposal to bring our chapter the best that SHRM has to offer, and it all starts with each and every one of us in the HR profession.
