Human Resources Manager - Hueston Woods Lodge / College Corner, OH

Responsible for keeping and maintaining associate records, working with department managers with staffing their departments and completes entire new associate orientation. Processes payroll on a biweekly basis. Advises management on associate issues. Knowledgeable on federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.

Responsible for tracking, recording and processing of:

  • Payroll
  • Recruitment/Retention
  • Employee files
  • Updates to employee files
  • Human resources legal compliance
  • Associate training requirements and training coordination
  • New hire process/orientation/onboarding
  • Communicates with all department managers regarding coaching/counseling
  • Participate in all required and requested hotel department meetings

Experience: At minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience required. Prior Hospitality/Food Service experience preferred.

Licenses or Certificates: PHR/SHRM-CP preferred
