New Leadership Training Recommendations
Does anyone have any information or content that they could share regarding training individuals who have been promoted into a leadership role but may have no experience managing people?
This seems to be a common issue at most companies I have worked for that there is not a good on-boarding process for new leadership whether they are hired from the outside or from within the company.
I appreciate any recommendations you may have. - Heather

Actually, that is what we specialize in. So many managers are promoted because they are good at a skill or set of skills but have no experience leading a team. Would love to help if you can outsource. Feel free to check us out at www.sharpleadershipdevelopment.com.

Heather - We offer a three part public course for supervisors that has been extremely well received. You can get information about all three programs on our website at https://strategichrinc.com/supervisor-training/ . They typically sell out so register early. (Note, we also can customize a program and bring it in house for you). Just holler if you have questions. - Robin

Take a moment to look at our New Leader Assimilation program to see if it might be describing what you are looking for.

Hey Heather,
We have a resource over on Workology that could help with Leadership Training Recommendations. You can access it here https://workology.com/how-to-develop-young-leaders-in-the-workplace/ and https://workology.com/seven-types-of-support-and-training-managers-need/
I hope this helps!

Hi Heather, ICC has a complete live-virtual leadership development program. One is designed for those just being moved into a leadership role and another program for leaders that is customized around the competencies you select. Happy to discuss our program and approach or take a look at www.innovateicc.com
