Parental Leave & Elderly Care Policies - Creative and Inclusive
My company is looking into creative and inclusive parental leave and elderly care policies/best practices.
Wondering what other companies are providing employees such as paid time off, benefit cost coverage (so, maybe, you cover 100% of the benefit costs while they are on leave), postpartum doula coverage, housekeeping service (maybe, a housekeeper comes in 1 time per month to help with cleaning items while the family adjusts), etc.
