Sexual harassment claims are grabbing headlines and dominating social media with a pace and intensity like never before, prompting employers to reexamine employee complaints and workplace policies. Send your managers to Jackson Lewis' JL University where they will receive a course on how to cultivate the type of workplace where employees feel respected, valued, and take care of each other by stopping inappropriate behavior when they see it, and reporting it before someone steps over the legal line.

This seminar will cover: basic equal employment opportunity principles, respect in the workplace, the definition of illegal harassment, appropriate workplace behavior and managing others to promote a positive workplace. This session will also include bystander training and examples focused on everyday challenges that arise in the workplace. Each attendee will leave our session equipped with valuable and practical information that can be used to foster a respectful and harassment-free workplace.
