Please join us on Thursday, December 1st as Rich Cary discusses the Keys to Engaging Frontline Employees.  This meeting is pending HRCI Business (Strategic) and SHRM Certification credits.

Rich Cary - Rich Cary is an experienced operations leader who has spent over 25 years working in industry teaching leaders. Rich is energized by a desire to have an exponential impact in the lives of others. Since joining Definity University, Rich has worked with clients including Trinity Rail, Elgin Industries, family-owned manufacturers such as the Grote Company and Lake Shore Cryotronics as well as several divisions of Procter & Gamble.

Rich spent the first seven years of his career as an Air Force officer, which instilled a leadership ethic that has greatly influenced his approach to organizational leadership and development. Prior to joining Definity, he held various plant management and corporate continuous improvement positions with Honeywell and Parker Hannifin.

Rich is a Honeywell-ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a BA from the University of Kentucky and an MA from the University of South Dakota.

Directions:

Take I-75 to the Tylersville Rd. exit and turn west. Go to the entrance of Wetherington Homes, which is just past Shell & Meijer, turn right and follow to the stop at corner of Country Club Lane. Turn right at stop sign and follow road to left. It takes you into Country Club parking lot.

Cost is $15.00 for members and $20.00 for non-members.
