Seth joined Monster two years ago from Digital First Media (New England Newspaper Group) where he held multiple positions but most recently was Digital Sales Director and Trainer. During his four years he helped the New England Group enjoy 20% year-over-year growth and significantly expand their digital footprint. He also was recognized as Rookie of the Year and was one of the top resellers for Google Adwords in DFM winning him a trip to Google HQ’s twice. Prior to Digital First Media Seth was an Online Classified Sales Manager for The Republican/ MassLive.com an Advance Publications company. Seth has been selling in the recruitment space for 10 years and currently resides in Northampton, MA

Amanda Padilla is currently the Director of Sales for Media Alliances at Monster Worldwide. Working with Monster's partner channel for the past eleven years, Amanda has focused her energy on supporting the sales enablement and growth of Monster's extensive Newspaper Partner network to improve their recruitment strategies. Working with large national and small regional media companies alike, Amanda manages over 600 newspaper partners across the United States. Furthermore, her relationships throughout the internal Monster organization and Monster’s publisher networks have led to gains in both revenue and product differentiation. In addition, Amanda has worked with each of our top publishing partners on training, education and sales execution to drive unprecedented levels of success within each of her publisher assignments.

Matt Bakota- Auman, Mahan + Furry

Since 2014, Matthew has been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer. In addition to practicing in Ohio, Matthew is also licensed to practice in Kentucky, federal courts in Ohio and Kentucky, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Currently Matthew serves on the Executive Board of the Miami Valley Human Resource Association, as its Vice President-Programming. He formerly served as Chair for MVHRA’s Newsletter Committee and was responsible for preparing and publishing the organization’s monthly e-newsletter, and also served as Assistant Chair for MVHRA’s Technology Committee.

Matthew regularly writes articles and presents to various professional and trade associations on labor and employment and HR topics, and on general business law matters.

Matthew graduated magna cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law, where he participated in law review and moot court. Prior to law school, Matthew graduated cum laude from the Ohio University E.W. Scripps School of Journalism.
