Looking for a DDI Certified Trainer

We are looking for a DDI certified consultant to help us with our D&I initiatives.
We would like to focus specifically around interviewing and recognizing unconscious bias. The "training" would be for both managers (performance management & hiring) and individual contributors.
We need someone who could help us in the Ohio and Michigan area.
