Compensation Coverage during Maternity for Part Timers
We currently have a Part Time employee who is not eligible for Short Term Disability due to the number of scheduled hours. Has anyone put together a package for a Part Timer for compensation coverage during FMLA (Maternity) leave? We are looking for creative options and have not had any experience with this particular situation.
