Please join the Employers' Resource Association and Allison Sharer, B.A., OCPC, Certified Prevention Consultant, Working Partners System Inc. for an interactive forum to provide insight into the factors that must be evaluated and considered with the legalization in Ohio of medical marijuana. Participants will:

• Identify the possible effects of Ohio H.B. 523 on employer drug-free workplace and safety programs;
• Increase awareness and appreciation of possible unintended and unforeseen consequences of relaxing hiring requirements, screening and testing in light of Ohio H.B. 523; and
• Fully consider and evaluate the range of key policy and operational decisions that organizations must make resulting from the passage of Ohio H.B. 523
