Jeff Shoskin, a partner with Frost Brown Todd, will review the EEOC’s recently updated “Enforcement Guidance on Harassment in the Workplace” and the Final Pregnancy Workers Fairness Act regulations. He will provide an initial review of those two documents. Jeff also will focus on some of the instructive examples set forth in both the EEOC Guidance and the Final PWFA regulations that will assist you in understanding the EEOC’s position on workplace harassment and pregnancy accommodations. It also is that time of year where politics enter and impact the workplace. Jeff will touch on how to contain the noise and (try to) maintain some semblance of workplace civility.
