Each session is worth 1 SHRM recertification credit (1 PDC)

These sessions are designed and facilitated by my Intro to HR students, giving them a powerful applied-learning experience while offering HR professionals practical takeaways:
How transparent and competitive pay practices impact motivation, trust, and retention
How to benchmark pay, talk about compensation, and navigate pay-transparency expectations
and
How culture shapes employee experience, performance, and retention
Concrete levers HR and leaders can use to intentionally build a healthy, aligned culture
