I’ve done some research to show that many of the companies around the world are doing Employee Appreciation the WRONG way.  We are spending money giving public praise and gifts to people who mostly hate receiving appreciation in that manner.  So why do we keep doing it and spending lots of money on it??  Because we’ve become accustomed to a “one size fits all” approach to leadership…
