Spartan Capital Group is partnering with a client to seek a dynamic HR Business Partner to join their expanding team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in providing expert guidance and consultation on all human resource-related matters across multiple sites in the vibrant State of Ohio.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Employee Relations: Proactively address and resolve HR-related issues, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Partner with managers to implement effective performance management strategies and initiatives.
- Career Development: Support employees in their career growth and development through coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities.
- Generalist Duties: Handle various HR tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the HR function.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven success as an HR Generalist or Business Partner.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Autonomy: Ability to thrive independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Legal Acumen: Deep understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Excel and other relevant HR technologies for efficient reporting and analysis.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong relationship-building skills.

This role supports 6 warehouses primarily located in the Cleveland/Columbus area. 100% remote. Supporting about 300 employees. 80-90k base + bonus + monthly car allowance.
