As a Human Resource Business Partner based in our Circleville, OH plant, you will be a trusted advisor to plant leadership teams for Circleville and our Rock Hill, SC plant; while maintaining a business focus to help implement business strategies. You will undertake special projects that allow the leaders to create the necessary organizational infrastructure for organizational design. You will need to have the ability to travel to our Rock Hill, South Carolina plant every month.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the plant leadership teams and partner with plant managers to create the right organizational design needed for their organization while translating the business/ functional and corporate strategies into the HR agenda, enabled by data and analytics.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Centers of Excellence to create hiring strategies for these teams.
• Collaborate with other HRBPs to position these organizations as destinations for new insights and career enhancement for our current employees and to create a succession planning model for these locations.
• Advise on Policy and Employee/Labor Relations issues including resolving issues, leading and closing investigations.
• Work with union leadership at the Circleville location to ensure adherence to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Manage the grievance process for this location and work with the Global Labor Relations Director to settle disputes.
• Provide leadership to infuse diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles and practices into our ways of operating to build a diverse and inclusive work environment.
   

Qualifications
 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Master's degree in an HR-related field or PHR/SPHR certification.
• 8+ years of Human Resources experience; prefer a high level of expertise in specialist areas including organizational development, recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits, and employee and labor relations.
• Work with employees at all levels of the organization and move from strategic to tactical with ease.
• Travel up to 25% of your time.
• This is a hybrid role
